		<description>Maybe I mentioned this in a comment on an earlier post, but protocols in KCMO are kind of unusual in the heavy emphasis on compressions. The city medical director has a 200 minute compression rate, and during compressions, until an advanced airway is in place, you are supposed to consider a non-rebreather on the patient during compressions precisely because of the little bit of induced respiration.&lt;/&gt;&lt;/&gt;Obviously you remove the NRB to bag, but when not bagging, on goes the NRB.</description>
